So for some salad, beef, and fish, our total per person with a soft drink and tip approached $40. We ordered beef and fish for about $15 each, but one order would have been enough for 3. That's not a bad thing, but it's not a typical touristy City-Walk restaurant experience. Inside of samba, the smell is like the smell of cooking raw beef and fish with a tinge of vinegar from the salads. Outside of Samba the vented smoke smells very good. Right in the middle of the eating area there is an open slow roaster where they keep spits of beef, sausages, chicken, and marinated fish. There are even nice bread rolls with cheese inside each one and some meat choices (they called one "stroganoff" although it was like peppers and boiled beef - not creamy noodly stroganoff.) For someone hoping for an Old Town Buffet experience, you'd better just go somewhere else, Now to the meat. Maybe there are a dozen items to choose from. ![]() Kale, marinated corn, green beams with peppers, tabbouleh salad. For the adventuresome who like fresh vegetables and strong flavors, it's a very good salad bar at theme-park prices. Meat from the grill is extra - which I'll get to. It's about $20 for an all-you-can-eat salad bar. Given how much I like veggies, and given how good and flavorful the salads, this place had a real shot at 4-dots or maybe even 5.
